"Due to increased schooling needs and structural deterioration of the existing building, the Ministry of Education invited tenders for the renovation and expansion of the Eduardo Sanchiz state school, scheduling the construction of a new building to house six teaching elementary classrooms plus ancillary services as defined in the program needs. Running at the same time a comprehensive treatment of the patch, the outdoor sports equipment, indoor sports court and landscaping. The main feature to be noted is found in building facades that have been treated with lime mortar on brick factory."
