"Due to increased enrollment needs and structural deterioration of the existing building, the Ministry of Education invited tenders for the renovation and expansion of the Hermenegildo Moreno state school, scheduling the construction of a new building to house 5 units teaching kindergarten and 8 primary classrooms plus the complementary services as defined in the program of needs, and reforming an existing building to suit the current regulations. Running at the same time a comprehensive treatment of the patch, the outdoor sports equipment, indoor sports court and landscaping."
